Lenny's Sub Shop Memphis

This location is staffed by wonderfully courteous, professional folks. I had an online ordering issue today and they immediately fixed it, and even offered chips because I had to wait all of five minutes. I'm always incredibly impressed with the employees at this location. Keep up the great work, y'all!!

Let me explain why I'm giving this Lenny's only 4 stars-it's not that I didn't find the food appealing, but my experience there wasn't initially pleasant. The store manager ending up keeping my change from a $20 and refused to return it once I realized she didn't give it to me. She told me she had to count down the drawer before she could give it back to ensure it was $15 over. Needless to say I left the store without my change & immediately went to report the problem. Once I explained the problem to the corporate office, within 1 hour the restaurant's asst. manager called me to apologize and to let me know she had my $15 and also offered me a free sandwich for my trouble. Her name was Katie. I really appreciate her taking the time to see that my problem was resolved. If it were not for her, I would be boycotting this location FOREVER and advising my friends and everyone I know to do the same!! The store manager needs major training on how to treat customers. The way she attempted to handle the situation and talk to me was completely unacceptable! Thanks again Katie for making an unpleasant situation bearable.
